If the app doesn't show as 'Protected' or fails to connect, please note:

  • Your internet connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • Whether 'Always-On VPN' is enabled
  • Any error message displayed

GreenLine Firewall / Family Protection Setup

Need help linking your Firewall or setting up your Wi-Fi mesh or blocklist tiers? Tell us:

  • The model number (e.g., RUTM11)
  • Your subscription plan (Home Basic, Home Family, or Business)
  • A brief description of what's not working as expected

Billing & Subscription

You can request invoice copies, payment updates, or plan upgrades directly through the form — just select 'Billing' as your topic.
